We will gladly accept returns on products (excluding custom and clearance items) where the product or packaging has not been used, cut, altered, worn, or damaged no later than 7 days of the shipping date. Before shipping back any items, please email our online department as we have the right to refuse the package if you send back items without our permission or knowledge.
2. What is your exchange policy?
(1) Before shipping back any items, please email our online department as we have the right to refuse the package if you send back items without our permission or knowledge. (Include Order# in Email)
(2) Please email us with a photo of your goods for our reference.
(3) We can offer one time exchanges for the items that have not been worn or tampered with. But the customers will be required to pay the twice of the shipping fee. After we have received the returned package from you we will then ship the exchanged item.
(4) For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.
